BACK TO MathMovesU
A true Math Hero demonstrates an enthusiastic and creative approach to math, often utilizing new and innovative ideas. Math teachers and volunteers who work with students are eligible to receive a $2,500 Math Hero award, with a $2,500 matching grant awarded to their school or an approved math-related nonprofit organization of their choice.
If you know someone who is an effective math teacher, math coach, or math event coordinator, we want to know about it! Nominate a Math Hero before May 15, 2010!
